GoFundMe.com conducted its own investigation of Cramer's "Holographic-regenerating- medbeds" fundraising campaign which was determined to be a fraud and removed.
After "disappearing" for over a year, "Covert Space Cowboy", "Mars Marine" serial scammer, and fraudster Randy Alan Cramer has now re-appeared.

Sedona, AZ
Sedona, AZ straddles the county line between Coconino and Yavapai counties in the northern Verde Valley within the Coconino National Forest. Best known for its red stone geological formations, Sedona is said to have energy vortexes and is a popular location for tourists, spiritualists, and self-described healers.
I obtained an Intelius background report that listed an address for Cramer in Sedona, AZ, and used that address to conduct a parcel search.

I also submitted a request for public records from the Sedona City Clerk's Office.
The Sedona City Records Clerk provided the following response:
"We find no records responsive to your request. We have no business license records for these individuals or the named entity. A business license would be required if a business is headquartered within our city limits."
"The address you referred to is actually outside Sedona city limits. It is in the unincorporated county jurisdiction. Addresses there are called Sedona by the Post Office and often, by businesses and residents as a selling point. It is in what is technically the Village of Oak Creek. A business operated there would not need a City of Sedona business license."
According to the Yavapai County database, the property is located outside the city limits of Sedona in a subdivision of the Village of Oak Creek known as Bell Rock Vista Unit 2.
It lists the property owner as Steven Reiley Smith with a mailing address of PO Box 128 Kahului, HI, and that the property is not his physical address.
I believe Cramer may be renting this property from Mr. Smith.

Since the location of the property is outside the Sedona city limit, Cramer avoids having to obtain a business license which the City of Sedona requires. Cramer has published videos showing himself and Kendra Soleil in various locations in the vicinity of Sedona.  Cramer is shown in this video with the feature known as Cathedral Rock behind his right shoulder.

Although Cramer continues to falsely claim he is a USMC Captain as a basis for his credibility, his clever attempts to conceal his dishonesty have failed. Like many others, I suspect Cramer is not disclosing his income to the State of Arizona or to the IRS. I expect he will "milk" this latest con for all it's worth. |
I was able to eliminate Mr. Dorey as being a relation to Randy Cramer. Dorey, a Canadian citizen, and resident of Ontario appeared in a number of interviews from 2016-2020 including two by James Rink.
Dorey has an uncanny resemblance to Randy Cramer and made very similar claims. I researched the elder brother of Randy Cramer and found he has lived in or near Eugene, OR his entire life.
I was able to determine this using background reports and Ancestry.com.
I have obtained the High School yearbook images associated with both Randy and his brother Kevin from Ancestry.com
Randy Cramer was a graduate of Willamette, HS Eugene, OR in 1988.

I contacted Mr. Rink and questioned him about his initial contact and subsequent interviews with Mr. Dorey and why he had not mentioned that Dorey was making similar claims and that he physically resembled Cramer, but he refused to comment other than saying, "You can ask him yourself" - https://www.facebook.com/karl.dorey
