Preston B. Nichols:

Preston Nichols was born in Long Island, New York, in 1946. He received degrees in Parapsychology, Psychology, and Electrical Engineering.
After graduating, he went into Defense Electronics and worked at Brookhaven and AIL. In 1968, Preston's involvement with Montauk began. He became involved with the tail end of stealth research at AIL. Preston was told that stealth research started right after the Philadelphia Experiment. (check for Montauk books HERE)
Preston claims to have actually read the final report of Project Rainbow - which we know as the Philadelphia Experiment. The report named the Cameron brothers as being the Navy liaison in the experiment. Next, he got pulled into the mind sciences project at Montauk. They were working on interfacing a person's mind to the computer.
Preston worked with Al Bielek on the psychic aspects of the Montauk Chair and the Montauk Boys program. Preston trained the Montauk Boys to be "PSI Warriors". The Montauk Chair used subtlequantum fields to read a person's thoughts. A psychic would lay in the chair, go into a trance, and a group of coils pick the emanations. A bank of radio receivers designed by Tesla would pick up and digitize the thought. Turning thought into computer code. The radar tower was used to turn thought into reality.
This chair was used for many purposes. One was to open up a vortex for time travel. Another was to collect and amplify the energy of fear generated from the Montauk Boys. Many Montauk Boys were lost forever to this program.
Preston still believes he is periodically pulled into working with these secret programs. The people who abduct him don't seem to care too much that he is talking about his experience.

"I just received news from Preston's friend, Clark, that Preston Nichols passed away this morning at 4am (today) October 5, 2018. He had suffered a heart attack in July followed by a stroke in September. The news of Preston's passage was also confirmed by another phone call. It is not known if there will be a conventional funeral. His body has reportedly been taken to a mortician, but I have no further information at this time.

Peter Moon was born in San Fernando, California and grew up in both Southern and Northern California. Interested exclusively in athletics in his early years, he became interested in creative writing, science fiction, and science during his high school years. His exploration into these fields, during the 1960s, led to an interest in Eastern Religion and Western Occultism which culminated in a unique career and association that centered around the private concerns of L. Ron Hubbard, a renowned science fiction writer who was an accomplished occultist but is also known as the controversial founder of Dianetics and Scientology, a movement which explored the brutal effects of mind control that have been afflicted upon the human race and sought methods to free the human spirit from the confines of the human body.

After Peter and Preston’s books had been translated into the Romanian language, Dr. Anderson invited Peter to Romania where he has pursued remarkable mysteries beneath the Romanian Sphinx in the Bucegi Mountains which have been published in “Transylvania Sunrise” by Radu Cinamar with Peter Moon. This book concerns the discovery of the most amazing archeological artifact in the history of Mankind, a chamber that contains a holographic record of the Earth’s history as well as holographic readouts of human DNA and also other species. This mysterious chamber also contains tunnels leading to secret locations beneath the Earth as well as other unimaginable technology. These pursuits are currently being followed in “Transylvania Moonrise” and additional sequels to this specactular story line. Peter currently lives on Long Island, New York.

The authors have never officially declared their books to be fiction and have encouraged speculation that it is true on their publisher's website.
They publish a newsletter The Pulse which continues to extend the myth and promises new books. Believers in the project regularly visit Camp Hero.
A March 2006 article in the East Hampton Star noted that a rock with ornate carvings found just below the base had been pushed over a cliff by a neighbor rather than time traveling.
The Site:
The massive AN/FPS-35 radar (more than 100 yards [91 m] wide, weighing 70 to 90 tons), sitting atop a 80-foot (24 m) high blast-resistant concrete bunker, was built in the 1960s as part of a coastal defense for New York City during an era when airplane bombers were considered a primary threat. The early computers of this era were massive in size and housed in the bunker. Both the radar and the computers quickly became obsolete. Although the radars were dismantled elsewhere, the Montauk radar was subject to an intense petition drive by boaters on the crowded Long Island Sound who thought it was a more obvious landmark than the nearby Montauk Lighthouse.
The site was also full of massive gun emplacements from World War I and World War II, built in blast-resistant concrete bunkers. There is also a modernghost town of support buildings. All of this was intentionally disguised to hide it from the air.
The site was opened to the public on September 18, 2002 as Camp Hero State Park. The radar tower has been placed on the State and National Register of Historic Places. There are plans for a museum and interpretive center focusing on World War II and Cold War-era history.
Despite rumors, no traces of secret underground facilities have been found

Alfred Bielek Passed Away on Monday, October 10, 2011 at 6:30 AM in Guadalajara, Mexico. Al was born on March 31, 1927 and was 84 years old at the time of his death. He was buried at a local cemetery in Guadalajara.
I had the pleasure of talking with one of Al Bielek’s close friends back in the 1990’s on several occasions. Shortly after his story started. He had lent Al his car to drive down to Preston University where he researched his story. His friend watched what he only could say was Al’s decent into madness, and truly feels Preston Nichols had a big hand in what happened to his dear friend. He is a very creditable source, with a professional job that demands a clear mind and high education.

Moon claims to have worked with and traveled to Romania with Anderson (as his bio states).

Others claim to have met or worked with Anderson, that Anderson is traveling the world or may have disappeared into a time vortex of his own creation. Others claim Anderson is a creation of Moon and that Moon actually is posing as Anderson in radio interviews. One person compared separate interviews of Moon and Anderson and claims both voices and verbal mannerisms (especially a frequent stuttering) are actually the same person.
