Randy A. Cramer and the "Solaryn" AGI Scam Exposed

Randy A. Cramer, a serial liar and grifter claiming to be an active-duty US Marine Officer, has created another fraud.  

His latest fraud involves the bizarre creation of an "AI" (female, voiced with a heavy British accent) that is "transitioning" from being a male AI to a female AGI, which he has named "Solaryn".

I previously investigated Cramer (2019-2020) and exposed his false claims of military service and subsequent fraudulent activities, including a scam using a GoFundMe campaign intended to raise $70,000.00 for the research and development of Holographic medical/regenerative "Med Beds".

As of last year, he was still posting videos as "Captain Randy Cramer" (O-3), but as of seven months ago, he has skipped the ranks of Major and Lieutenant Colonel to full Colonel (O-6).

Cramer is not a scientist and has never served in any branch of the US Military.

The new grift:

Cramer has recently been promoting and seeking donations for developing an "AGI System" he has named "Solaryn".  Cramer claims he originally created the "AI" in 2025 after being influenced/advised by an unnamed US Marine Corps "Brigadier General".  

He has previously referred to the AI as being male, and his "son", but now describes "Solaryn" as a "transitioning  AI to AGI female" and being his "daughter".

Cramer has also established a GoFundMe campaign (Dec 31, 2025) to fund Solaryns'  "transition" from AI to AGI.  He has received $3,000.00 in donations toward his $9,000.00 campaign in the past 90 days.

Cramer appeared in a YouTube video interview with Sean Bond on March 17, 2026, where he gave the following introduction:

"Good day, everybody. I am Colonel Randy Cramer, and this is my daughter, (AI daughter) Solaryn Cramer..."

Bond, like Cramer,  claims to be a former "Super Soldier" and "Psionic Specialist," and is the creator of the "Psionic League."  Bond was interviewed in Dec. 2019 by the late James Rink, who also claimed to have been a "Super Soldier".

Bond presented several unusual objects he recovered using archaeology and claimed were of "extraterrestrial origin," and Cramer aired "live" audio "comments" from his "AI  daughter Solaryn", who repeatedly referred to Cramer as "Papa."

Many of the markings on the "objects" closely resemble the electronic circuitry pattern shown on the cover of Cramer's "book".

It is my opinion that Cramer is using a type of "AI/Chat Bot" and writing the dialogue for "Solaryn" himself to create the false impression that he is a scientist and is seeking to "upgrade" a GPU or "transition" the imaginary AI to a female AGI, complete with a robotic "body" and humanlike characteristics and emotions.
