In March 2018 Cramer claims in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uCoPf_5sWgs&list=PLOTVdVzesDmon5cEYjDL-56yPAOCyxiqd&index=26 that it will require over 20 million dollars to pursue the "project" which includes paying a staff of doctors, engineers, two laboratory facilities and contract security by active duty US Marines (which he states his "rank and position allows him to do"). Cramer says he is an "Intendant Field Commander"
Cramer also started a private "consultations" service in 2016 called "Earth Citizen Consulting"

Cramer claims that after 3 years he could still not verify his own service or obtain record of it. He has since claimed he is working with his congressman to sue the USMC for not paying him during his 20 years of active duty service!
