Bradley posted this comment to her FB page claiming one firefighter died as a result of injuries while fighting the fire.

Bradley also wrote that Neely "suffered burns to his ears while rescuing the other occupants from the home".

But FoxNews 5 reported that two firefighters had sustained "non-life-threatening injuries" and were transported from the scene.

The fire was reported to have started on the 3rd floor of the residence at 10 pm:

The cause of the fire is now under investigation.

Apparently, Darrell F. Neely was recently arrested by the FBI and charged in connection with the Jan 6, 2020, protest at the US Capital but was not incarcerated.

"Neely supposedly entered the Capitol with a marijuana cigarette and a cell phone. He says he was filming the events inside because they were newsworthy. He discussed them on his radio show with Global Enlightenment Radio Network the next day. The government alleges Neely took plates from the Capitol building, as well as a Capitol police jacket, badge, and baseball cap as a souvenir."

Neely, who I have previously reported as having been investigated and subsequently arrested by the FBI in connection with his participation in the January 6, 2020 US Capitol "riot" is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on January 20, 2022.  And whos home in SE Washington, DC was destroyed in a fire (now under investigation) the night of December 7, 2021, is a career criminal and has claimed to have served in the US Navy as a SEABEE and US Navy SEAL.

Neely now faces a number of charges related to Jan 6:

(2)TEMPORARY RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT; Enter and Remaining in a Restricted Building.

(4)VIOLENT ENTRY AND DISORDERLY CONDUCT ON CAPITOL GROUNDS; Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct in a Capitol Building.
(5)VIOLENT ENTRY AND DISORDERLY CONDUCT ON CAPITOL GROUNDS; Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building.

His record of criminal offenses from 2001-2021 ranges from Arizona, to Florida, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC for minor traffic to theft, drugs, and assault & domestic battery.

In fact, his most recent offense was for 2nd Degree Assault on January 30, 2020.

Neely claims a BS In Communication Studies from Howard University. He and his "wife" ran a private "publishing company" from their home in DC.  Nothing is ever as it seems, or makes any sense with these assholes.  

The kicker for me was the years of service (1992-2005) and his conflicted MOS descriptions.

S1 is Admin..S2 is Intel. How can someone be trained as both AND be a SEABEE  all within 13 years including schools, sea service deployment, and shore duty?  Let alone make casual flippant hints to have been a SEAL. The dates don't line up with the actual timeline.

According to the info I have gathered, Neely was in Maricopa Co, Arizona in 2004 and 2005 getting busted for Narcotics, Unlawful use of means of transportation, and driving cross-country to Florida on an invalid driver's license as a fugitive, and had charges dropped or adjudicated in absentia!

Accordingly, I am preparing to submit a FOIA request to the National Personnel Records Center (NPRC) and the US Navy for Neely's releasable service record.

Under the circumstances, however, it might also be a waste of time, as I suspect that the fire investigation may take many weeks or even months.

Meanwhile, Neely is facing a hearing and inevitable conviction regarding his actions in the Jan 6, 2020 incident in January 2022 and possible sentencing of up to 10 years in federal prison.

In the possible case of arson involving an occupied structure, (First degree) Neely could face 15 to 30 years in prison if convicted under Washington DC law.
