A brief review of "Vamphyrology: The Vampire Research Paper"

The book  "Vamphyrology: The Vampire Research Paper" (Sky Books (November 17, 2020) is essentially a plagiarization of the work of an obscure, unknown Russian physician and professor "Feodor Stepanovich Andreiev," or material from an obscure magazine article or other publication embellished by or created by Dietrich himself.

An ISBN search clearly shows the author as Peter Moon:

The 312-page (3,628 words) book is challenging to read, primarily because of Dietrich's misuse of Russian vocabulary and the confusing spelling of words and terms that he apparently created himself.

His comments throughout are often an annoying distraction to the "story" and despite a year-long effort by his "co-author" Peter Moon to edit the manuscript, the result is a work of obvious (and messy) fiction writing.

The book begins with an introduction but has only 2 "chapters." The subject is the existence and study of a sub-species of humanlike vampires by an obscure Russian physician and professor who lectured on the subject from 1969 to 1972 at the University of Kiev.

Dietrich claimed the lectures were of a "highly classified subject matter" involving the medical internment of a "human subspecies" at a remote arctic facility in Novaya Zemlya prior to and after 1969-72.

"Patient Zero", a "homo sapien primate" (whose identity was never disclosed) was incarcerated at the Leningrad Psychiatric Institute in September 1940 under the observation of Dr. Andreiev. The patient claimed to be at least 70 years old but appeared to be in his early 20s.

The Patient was later determined fit for military service during WW2 despite having been discovered "feeding off schizophrenic male patients in their sleep." Dr. Andreiev had discovered the patient was "high" and experiencing altered states of consciousness after ingesting other patients' blood.

"Patient Zero" later assaulted a female military nurse on the Eastern Front after being "forcefully conscripted" into the Soviet Army Special Services. But further references to "patient zero" do not appear in the book after.

The story suddenly turns to the use of similar "vampires" by the Russians against the Germans in Berlin during WW2. "Unnatural Units" attacked and killed innocent civilians and German soldiers alike as Russian "political officers" using dogs, searched for and located victims for the vampires.

The vampires were later executed by the Soviets using machine guns. Later, "Kirlian" cameras were used to track down, apprehend and kill the species in Russia after the war.

But according to his questionable source, the Soviets later decided to use a nuclear weapons test to kill the inhabitants of Navaja Zemlya using the Tsar Bomba: on October 30, 1961.

Location of Tsar Bomb Detonation Oct 30, 1961

The "covert special research and education facility" was then created on Navaja Zemlya near Russkaja Gavan in 1966.

The remote Arctic facility housed a concentration of "Vamphyr Primates" in harsh weather with conditions of darkness for 6 months of the year. Despite this, many of the vampires were able to escape using flows of ice broken up by Soviet ships.

Russian Spetznaz then guarded the colony armed with AKs using "hollow-point silver slugs filled with crushed garlic. Dietrich claims that the vampires then escaped or avenged themselves by killing the soldiers who they considered an inferior species and referred to as "white niggers" accusing them of racism and "anti-vampire demcism (sic)."

The vampires were later able to secret themselves within the Russian population and emigrated to the United States as "displaced persons". Operating as an "unofficial fifth column", they later killed 14, 400 Americans per year.

But at the approximate 1,600 word count, the story devolves into a disjointed reciting of "military" history ranging from the 1700s to WW2 and the Cold War with an obvious anti-American sentiment.

At the 2,275 word point, the book suddenly begins to repeat large portions of previously written information from the introduction and descriptions of "Patient Zero."

It then returns to the tedious subject of "vampire science/biology" where Dietrich describes the female vampire:

It finally finishes with an abrupt ending where Dietrich accuses the professor of dehumanizing and abusing the captive vampires and likens him to Soviet Biologist Ilya Ivanovich Ivanov.

No mention was ever made of the fact that the remote arctic area of Novaya Zemlya had been used as a testing zone for Soviet nuclear weapons since 1954.

A revised version of my previous post about the book and the issue of the plagiarizing of the book's cover photo and the questionable origin of the material used as the basis for the book can be read here:

Douglas Dietrich falsely claims there are no records of DOD Civilian Employees who worked at the Presidio

During his latest (June 1) Livestream (3:41:30 - 3:48:30)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Ixd9oU_mqE&t=40417s

Douglas Dietrich claims that George Knight (a cult follower living in the UK):

"Wrote to a record keeper with the Department of Defense (DOD) who said they maintained no records for the civilian workers who worked for the Department of Defense at the Presidio military base."

(Knight has previously claimed he has "researched everything Douglas Dietrich has ever claimed and found it to be true.")

No details were provided regarding the so-called response from the DOD.  Technically, the statement of the so-called "records keeper" (who was not named nor was a specific title or responding office given) is correct.

The Department of Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) maintains a database of all DOD employees (military and civilian).  They will verify the dates of active duty service of current and former service members, and the job title and dates of employment of current and former civilian employees.

The DMDC does not maintain the actual official personnel records associated with military or civilian DOD employees.
https://dwp.dmdc.osd.mil/dwp/app/main

The DOD does not maintain the records of former civilian employees separated after 1952. Dietrich was implying that there are no records of those who worked at the Presidio, including himself!  This is totally false.

Had Dietrich actually been a civilian employed by the DOD, he would know this.  He would also be aware that he could submit a request to the National Personnel Records Center (NPRC) to obtain a copy of his own Official Personnel File for a small fee.

Any former DOD civilian employee who worked at the Presidio can do the same thing.

According to the National Archives: The Official Personnel Files (OPFs) of Federal employees including the Department of Defense are in the custody of the Office of Personnel Management for 120 days following separation, after which they are maintained by the National Personnel Records Center (NPRC), St. Louis, MO.

"OPFs for former Federal civilian employees separated after 1951 remain in the legal custody of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Access to such records is restricted under the Privacy Act of 1974 (P. L. 93-579) and only limited types of information from these records are releasable to non-authorized users under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

Former Federal Civilian Employees (the person of record): may obtain copies of most civilian and personnel medical records on file at the NPRC, including copies of the Standard Form 50 (SF-50) (Personnel Action) via written request. Different release procedures apply for archival civilian personnel records (see OPF, Archival Holdings and Access). Please note: OPFs are retired to the center within 120 days after separation from Federal employment. If less than 120 days have elapsed since separation, write to the last employing Federal office."

Once again, Dietrich's idiot clowns step forward to defend him by attempting to discredit the evidence against him, while having no clue what they are talking about.

I challenge Douglas Dietrich to obtain those records and present them publicly, otherwise, he is lying about everything he claims about working at the Presidio.

How to verify any image published by Douglas Dietrich using Google Image Search

Douglas Dietrich has a long history of plagiarizing images created by others and claiming them as his own.

This is how I have exposed him.  I even called it - "Dietrich fake cosplay photo of the day".

You can visit this to see examples: https://ellgab.com/index.php?topic=1027.7515#lastPost

Dietrich in about 1985

Example of Dietrich's images now

Dietrich will usually publish the images on Facebook. These are the steps I have used.

1. Isolate the image: Click on the image itself.

2. Right-click on the image and select "Copy image address"

3, Open Google in a separate window and click on the camera icon to "search by image"

4. Paste the selected image into the Google search box and click "search by image"

5. Review the results. (You may need to use Google Translate)

In most cases, the search will result in a series of websites related to Asian cosplay.

Dietrich has become more "crafty" about this in the last few years. What he posts on his public FB fan page "promotion"  is usually different from the images he uses for his actual YouTube live stream.

Dietrich will also avoid, or actually save and crop these images in order to avoid showing any watermark. I have caught him doing these hundreds of times.

It is also possible to create a screen capture of the live stream image by cropping it carefully and saving it as a .Jpeg file.  If you have a separate URL to post it to, you can then conduct the same search I describe above.

Sometimes a search will result (as in the case of this image I published) in a link back to Dietrich as the publisher.  But this is rare.

It also proves that Dietrich knows people are checking the origins of these images, and is specifically choosing them from more obscure sources in order to deter people from identifying them.

But, his bullshit gig is up.

Have fun.

Douglas Dietrich and the "Castle Bravo" Nuclear Weapons Test Lie

Dietrich's Claim:

In April 2018, an emotional (sobbing) Douglas Dietrich claimed his father was aboard an aircraft carrier in the Pacific near Bikini Atoll and Enewetak Atoll on March 1, 1954, and was a witness to the "Castle Bravo" thermonuclear weapon test.

Dietrich claimed that prior to the test, his father had witnessed a sailor (or two) disappear during a bar fight somewhere and said one was a "shifter".  Dietrich makes a piss-poor attempt to associate his father with sailors affected by the "Philadelphia Experiment" who were suddenly appearing from nowhere in bars and starting brawls, and then disappearing.

Years later, he claimed to have observed the same "shifter" wearing a Naval Flag Officer's Uniform.

(That's Admiral/General rank for all you non-military folks).

The crew of the carrier were all topside and ordered to stand completely still while exposed to the blast. But just before the blast, his father tackled the "shifter" who then turned into a pillar of lead, shielding him from the effects while the others were fully exposed, and later died over time suffering from cancer.

Dietrich was likely inspired by a 2015 article by Paul Huard - "Those Who Witnessed Castle Bravo Looked Into Armageddon"

"Zero hour for Bravo was at 6:45 a.m. local time on March 1. From the moment the device detonated, many of the observers knew something had gone spectacularly wrong.

The flash from the nuclear explosion was overwhelming, even by the standards of nuclear explosions. Men saw their bones appear as shadows through their living flesh. Streams of blinding light shone through the smallest cracks and pinholes in secured doors and hatches.

Bravo’s thermal radiation was far more intense than expected. More than 30 miles away from Ground Zero on Bikini Atoll, sailors on board Navy ships said the heat was like having a blowtorch applied to their bodies". - Paul Huard

George Dietrich was in the Mediterranean Sea during the "Castle Bravo" test:

George Dietrich was serving on the USS Gilbert Islands (CVE-107) from April 1953 until March 1954 and upon returning from a cruise to the Mediterranea Sea, he then reported to Naval Attack Squadron VA-15 and was assigned to Navy Aviation Schools Command (NAVSCOLSCOM) Newport, RI where he was stationed until Dec 1954.

"The escort carrier stood out on 5 January 1954 for a Mediterranean cruise, returning to Quonset Point on 12 March 1954 for reserve training and other exercises."

There was not an aircraft carrier present:

Two ships were operating as the joint command during the test. The USS Curtiss (AV-4) and USS Estes (AGC-12).

"As 1954 began, ESTES, now with her elephant-ears removed, took her departure for the Marshall Islands for her second thermonuclear test series: "Operation CASTLE," serving as flagship for Joint Task Force 7. This protracted series of tests lasted until 16 May, after which ESTES escorted USS CURTISS (AV-4) back to San Diego."

US Navy Ships Affected:

The US Navy tanker USS Patapsco was at Enewetak Atoll in late February 1954. Patapsco lacked a decontamination washdown system, and was therefore ordered on 27 February, to return to Pearl Harbor at the highest possible speed.[46]

A breakdown in her engine systems, namely a cracked cylinder liner, slowed Patapsco to one-third of her full speed, and when the Castle Bravo detonation took place, she was still about 180 to 195 nautical miles east of Bikini.[46]

Patapsco was in the range of nuclear fallout, which began landing on the ship in the mid-afternoon of 2 March. By this time Patapsco was 565 to 586 nautical miles from ground zero. The fallout was at first thought to be harmless and there were no radiation detectors aboard, so no decontamination measures were taken.

Measurements taken after Patapsco had returned to Pearl Harbor suggested an exposure range of 0.18 to 0.62 R/hr.[46] Total exposure estimates range from 3.3 R to 18 R of whole-body radiation, taking into account the effects of natural washdown from rain, and variations between above- and below-deck exposure.[46]

Daigo Fukuryū Maru

A Japanese fishing boat, Daigo FukuryÅ« Maru (Lucky Dragon No.5), came in direct contact with the fallout, which caused many of the crew to grow ill due to radiation sickness. One member died of a secondary infection six months later after acute radiation exposure, and another had a child that was stillborn and deformed.[39] This resulted in an international incident and reignited Japanese concerns about radiation, especially as Japanese citizens were once more adversely affected by US nuclear weapons

A previous test in June-July 1947 involved 95 ships.

"The Navy placed 95 vessels, including aircraft carriers and destroyers, in Bikini Atoll’s lagoon, and hundreds of animals were strapped to the decks to monitor the blast’s effects. Thousands of U.S. soldiers were positioned on naval ships outside the blast zone and then brought in to survey the damage, retrieve the irradiated animals, and decontaminate the vessels that were exposed to high levels of radiation."

A previous claim:

Dietrich has also made the claim that his father was on Enewetak Atoll and killed MSgt John C. Woods in July 1950.

Update 9/27/16

"Thanks to Presidio Trust Director of Hospitality Karen Maggio and one of our fans, Jan Irvin and I were given a personal tour of the Presidio today. We went inside the former Post Library building, and can confirm that there are no chimneys, incinerator, or basement. There is nothing there to indicate the facility was suitable in any way for document destruction or Satanic covens doing rituals around ancient grimoires kept in special refrigerators. The incinerator was located at an entirely different part of the base, next to the haunted mental hospital; you would need to drive to get between the two buildings. Mr Dietrich has said on air many times that he doesn’t drive."

Douglas Dietrich Facing Further Exposure After Attacking Supporters

Two of Douglas Dietrich's closest supporters Jameson Reese and Salman Sheikh have now distanced themselves from him following a protracted period of abuse by Dietrich.

After communicating briefly with Jameson Reese and Salman Sheikh I believe this could well be the downfall of Douglas Dietrich, and possibly lead to a withdrawal of Peter Moon (Vincent Barbarick) as well.

I was surprised to have them post or accept requests to my Facebook page almost immediately in the days following Dietrich's 6-hour attack on Sheikh on May 22. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1tEAxnaVLxg&t=10801s

I have agreed to appear as a guest on Salman Sheikhs' podcast in the near future, but I encouraged them both to review my blog and interviews with others about Dietrich, Moon, and Anderson first. After all, this is why I created the blog in the first place so that followers of Dietrich and researchers who suspected he was a fraud could review the evidence and decide for themselves.

Hopefully, this will clear up any speculation or confusion regarding how I became involved, and what I have experienced from Dietrich as a result of exposing his false claims of military service (2016) which has been a public disclosure of my personal identifying information (including SSN, unlisted phone, private VA medical data) and nearly 5 years of constant defamation and slander.

Basically, this is how things arrived at this point.  After months of Dietrich treating Jamo like shit and making disparaging remarks about him and Salman, Salman made the decision to withdraw his involvement for a time.  The tactful manner in which he accomplished this is commendable.

Meanwhile, many of Dietrich's listeners and subscribers were becoming upset with the way Dietrich was abusing people and began to approach Salman about it.  But the attack on Jamo during the May 18 show would become the catalyst for what would happen.

It's important (and also rare), that people have the other side of the story from Jamo and Salman.  Apparently, according to Jamo, Dietrich approached him and asked him to cast a spell on his medical cosmetologist Venus ("V") Clark who had publicly disavowed and distanced herself from Dietrich 2 or 3 years ago.  Jameson complied, but later dissolved the spell at Dietrich's request.

Not long after, Dietrich asked Jamo to place a "binding" spell on Peter Moon and again he complied with the request.  But Moon would become aware of it soon after overhearing part of a conversation between Dietrich and Jamo following a broadcast.  Around this time, during a trip to California for an event at  Mt. Shasta, Moon and "JoJo" visited Dietrich in San Francisco where they had a discussion about making changes to the show.

Dietrich lied to Moon about his involvement in asking Jamo to cast the spell on Moon and placed the blame entirely on Jamo. At some point after, Moon demanded Jameson be removed as producer, and the suggestion Moon later made during a live stream, was not to allow Salman back into the group. After witnessing the attacks on Jamo and then himself, Salman was approached by his friends and others who were very upset and concerned.

Both Jamo and Salman then published responses to Dietrich separately.  Both recognize that previous members of Dietrich's cult left quietly even as Dietrich continued his defamation and slander for months, even years, and are now determined to fight back by publicly exposing Dietrich.  I have given them permission to use my research and they have my full support.

Both Reese and Sheikh have responded publicly and published these videos on their respective YouTube channels.

Peter Moon claims David Lewis Anderson is an "Evanescer"

evanesce:

intransitive verb

  1. To dissipate or disappear like vapor. synonym: disappear.
  2. To vanish away; to become dissipated and disappear, like vapor.
  3. (The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language, 5th Edition).

In a rambling, over 2 1/2 hours-long February 9th appearance on Douglas Dietrich's YouTube channel, Vince Barbarick (Peter Moon) described the history of his relationship with David Anderson.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-1fwKyfqUTI&t=27012s (1:21:50 - 3:50:00)

Moon likened his "position of privilege" in the Scientology Sea Org and his interactions with L Ron Hubbard to his "special friendship" with David Lewis Anderson.

Moon was first contacted by Anderson with a letter written on stationery of his "Time Travel Research Center." He first met David Anderson at a "Montauk Nights" meeting on Long Island, NY, and described Andersons showing as the "most significant of the Montauk Nights meetings".

Moon quoted discredited Philadelphia Experiment hoaxer Al Bielek as saying the "Anderson family were the custodians of time" and that George  Anderson had been a "guard at Camp Hero" during the Montauk Experiments. "The Anderson twins from Nutley, New Jersey had protected Al Bielek and escaped to Alpha Centauri using a spaceport," Moon said.

"I could tell that after just a few minutes, this guy (Anderson) really knew his stuff. He wasn't fake or phony, he was a real scientist that knew what the hell he was talking about.  His funding for preserving organs was from the medical community."

He mentioned that Anderson has set up the World Genesis Foundation for Romanian artists and writers and to help young Romanians. Moon said Anderson had been in the FBI Building in Washington, DC when he met George HW Bush who had given Anderson his business card. "David worked out of the FBI office in Syosset, NY," Moon said.

NOTE: There is no FBI field office located in Syosset, NY. The FBI has field offices 5 miles east of Syosset in Melville, NY. Moon also claimed that his own wife works at the same Syosset FBI field office.

Moon said his book The Montauk Project: Experiments in Time (1992) "Made Anderson realize he was a spirit instead of whatever he was, (a scientist)". He said that in 1999 Anderson was making $1,000.00 per month from his referrals to Amazon. Anderson wanted to plan a physics event at a university venue featuring Peter Moon and Preston Nichols.

He said that in November 2001, Anderson was recalled from retirement (1987) to active duty as an Air Force officer and was being sent to Moscow. Anderson had spoken of meeting with several world leaders including Vladimir Putin.

Anderson was being sent to Russia because of his"expertise in nuclear weapons" and was there for nearly 5 weeks. An e-mail sent by Anderson to Moon was later "tracked to a server in Pakistan." "Anderson has never confirmed or denied it because he is not supposed to talk about it," said Moon. He also claimed that while in Moscow, Anderson had "purchased the remnants of the Moscow Aviation Institute."

I could find no evidence that Anderson has ever had anything to do with the Moscow Aviation Institute. According to their 2018 charter, the Moscow Aviation Institute is registered by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

https://files.mai.ru/site/common/about/documents_en/MAI%20Charter_Eng.pdf

https://mairussia.com/

https://racus.ru/applicant/universities/moscow-aviation-institute/

https://en.mai.ru/about/documents/

Moon described Anderson as being a "loner and a genius... and I have come to know things about his family which I cannot share." Douglas Dietrich then speculated that Anderson had "merged with an entity as a result of his time traveling."

"David has real human emotions and frustrations with his research," said Moon. He had security problems after 2001 and despite government offers to help, Anderson shut down his Long Island research center and later "moved to a secret facility on Highway 666 in Shiprock, New Mexico."

My research does not show Anderson ever lived in Shiprock, NM, and Highway 666 was changed to U.S. Route 491 in 2003.

Shiprock, NM is on the Navajo reservation in San Juan CountyNew MexicoThe town is a key road junction for truck traffic and tourists visiting the Four CornersMesa VerdeShiprock, and the Grand Canyon. It lies at the intersection of U.S. Route 64 and U.S. Route 491 (formerly U.S. Route 666).

"In 2003, the three remaining states through which US 666 ran (Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico) asked AASHTO's permission to change the route's designation to US 491, and the request was granted.  So US 666 no longer exists, although the three states initially signed the road "New 491, Old 666", and some of those signs still exist (see the US 491 page).  Here is a short article scanned from National Geographic magazine":

Moon said Anderson was hired by Bosch in Rochester, NY where he "developed security for his own research center." And later sent Moon "cryptic postcards from Tel Aviv, Israel."

Moon finally admitted to being on the board of directors for Andersons' World Genesis Foundation but strangely, had nothing to say about the foundation or its mission and financial activity.

Apparently, Anderson has not returned to Romania for many years and his World Genesis Foundation stopped sending money to sponsor the Atlantykron summer camp in about 2010.

Moon described "menacing Romanian men in beach clothes (Romanian Navy SEALS) who did not like Anderson and did not want him there."  This began to happen shortly after Anderson had claimed he was conducting time travel experiments using human subjects and the Romanians wanted nothing to do with him and did not want him back at Atlantykron. According to Moon, he is the only person Anderson paid to go to Romania that ever went back.

So, Anderson "went dark." said Moon, and "was living at a camp in the ruins of Eastman Kodak for a short time in 2010 when he then went to Montauk for the purpose of showing his time reactor."

Moon believes he has a privileged position with David Anderson and was able to manifest the presence of Anderson in his life using will and intent. Yet after 20 years, he seems to actually know very little about the real David Lewis Anderson.

World Genesis Foundation Falsely Claims Affiliation with UNESCO

According to the site:  https://greatnonprofits.org/org/world-genesis-foundation

"World Genesis Foundation is a U.S Federation UNESCO Club. The foundation is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization committed to a mission to "leave no child without hope for the future." The foundation works in cooperation with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization and other partners throughout the world in an effort to create opportunities for youth in areas where opportunities may be limited or unavailable today."

As of November 2021, Anderson's World Genesis Foundation is NOT listed by UNESCO as one of its clubs in either the US or Romania!

https://en.unesco.org/system/files/globallistclubs_for_unesco_10nov2021.pdf

The United States withdrew its membership and participation with UNESCO in 2018.

I have submitted the following complaint to the offices of UNESCO:

Fraud Complaint - World Genesis Foundation

Fraud Complaint -
World Genesis Foundation

I am a private investigative journalist and have been investigating David Lewis Anderson and his 501c3 charity World Genesis Foundation. I am providing you with this link to the details of my investigation.  The specifics of the World Genesis Foundation's claims to be a member of UNESCO are in part two.

Part One: https://rkcolejr.blogspot.com/2021/12/the-bizarre-mysterious-case-of-dr-david.html
Part Two: https://rkcolejr.blogspot.com/2021/12/the-bizarre-mysterious-case-of-dr-david_21.html

World Genesis Foundation claims to be a "U.S Federation UNESCO Club" and uses the official logo of UNESCO on its website http://worldgenesis.org/

It is my understanding that the United States withdrew its involvement with UNESCO in 2018, and the World Genesis Foundation is therefore fraudulently using the logo and claiming to be affiliated with UNESCO since approximately 2010.  My investigation reveals a pattern of dishonesty and deceit by David Anderson as well as the lack of publicly available financial data since 2000.

I am requesting verification of the World Genesis Foundation by UNESCO.  If UNESCO cannot verify the charity as a member or a club or finds that the World Genesis Foundation is using the LOGO fraudulently, I would like to obtain an official written statement by UNESCO to that effect.

I strongly suspect this organization is fraudulently representing itself for financial gain. I have attached a recent example of their public use of the logo. I appreciate your assistance.

Respectfully,

Richard K Cole, Jr.

In addition, the aforementioned title: "U.S. Federation UNESCO Club" used by the World Genesis Foundation is also a fraud.

It is not an officially accredited UNESCO-sponsored organization:

U.S. FEDERATION OF UNESCO CLUBS, CENTERS AND ASSOCIATIONS

Is a 501c3 Non-profit created by Claire Layton and is headquartered in Washington, DC.  I attempted to contact this non-profit (1-202-559-8738) but the line is a constant fast beeping tone, which means the line is no longer operational.

Guy Djoken has also attended Atlantykron in Romania and is connected to the World Genesis Foundation.
